Portland Personal Trainer – Day 61 & Day 62 Kisar’s Food Plan & Exercise
September 26th & 27th, 2010
Since I was playing in a tennis tournament, my food was basically the same both days:
Breakfast on Saturday: Either 5 Egg Whites, mushrooms, olives, avocado, 2 pieces of dry wheat toast and a little bit of cheese
Coffee and water or Oatmeal with Blueberries.
Lunch: 64 ounces of Cytomax Drink. Since I was playing during the lunch hours, I was basically sucking down fluids and had a banana.
Pre-Dinner: More fluids
Dinner: Chicken Breast Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Onions with a side of sliced tomatoes.
Exercise: Combined Singles Tennis for 4 hours in the heat – had a lot of fun and won!
