Portland Personal Trainer – Day 61 – Kisar’s Food Plan & Exercise

7am – cup of coffee w/splenda
830am – Banana with Water
9am – Coffee with regular sugar (little bit)
945am – 1 cup of egg whites, 1 tomato, little bit of cheddar cheese and pepper
11am – Luna Protein Bar
2:30pm – 1 cup of egg whites, 1 tomato, little bit of cheddar cheese and pepper
4:45pm – Apple with Peanut Butter
8:30pm – Turkey Burger, Wheat Bun, Lettuce, Tomato, Jalapeño, Mushrooms and ketchup.
3 chicken lettuce wraps
1/2 cup of chicken tortilla soup
2 glasses of water (big ones)
Exercise: 40 minutes of intense cardio – max interval training all body weight.
