745am – Coffee with Splenda
8am – Oatmeal with Flax Seed, Almonds & Stevia (1/2 bowl)
945am – Oatmeal with Flax Seed, Almonds & Stevia (1/2 bowl)
10:15am – Water
11:30 – Cottage Cheese with Blueberries & Almonds (small cup)
2:30pm – Brown Rice Tortilla with 1/2 avocado
4:30pm – Recover Drink (4:1 ratio)
5:45pm – Greek Yogurt with Blueberries
6pm – small piece of halibut with 3 slices of tomatoes
8:30pm – Blackened Chicken with a little bit of brown rice, beans and lots of salsa – water
10:30pm – 10 almonds & Water
Workout: 40 minutes of intense cardio interval training.
