Portland Oregon Fitness: You Need A Strong Core

If you are someone who sits at a desk job for most days of the week, your hip flexors are getting a workout, but your core is getting weak. If you were to work with a professional fitness trainer to show you some exercises to stretch your lower back & hip flexors and strengthen your core & gluteus muscles, pain and discomfort associated with back pain and prolonged sitting can be relieved. Make it a point to strengthen you body, especially your core muscles. By doing so, you will be practicing prevention and be on your way to becoming healthier and stronger.
