Portland Personal Trainer: A great exercise to add to your routine
Here is a quick exercise you can add to your routine. Start off with a squat, when you start to finish the squat in a standing position, curl the dumbbells and then take that curl into a shoulder press. After you do the shoulder press, reverse curl it back down and then go back into a squat. Do this exercise for a at least 15 repetitions with a 60 second rest. There are more advanced routines that you can do, but start off with this and then add to it.
