4 Awesome Equivalent Exercises Tothe Kettle ball

If you look at all the exercises performed, the kettle ball is certainly one of the most versatile. It garners explosive hip strength and generates power. This of course when performed with heavy weight and fewer reps, the opposite i.e. light weight and more reps kill fat for good. In case you do want to skip the kettle ball, there are other alternatives too.

Dumbbell Swings

  • Put a single dumbbell in a strong bag and strand it
  • Squat low and grasp the top part with both hands
  • Lean forward through the hips and ferociously swing the weight forward between your knees to a height of your shoulder. Keep repeating

Band Pull-through

  • Pull-through with bands build hamstrings and lower back muscles
  • Fix the band to a secure point near your floor
  • Stand close to it with your back to the anchor
  • Pick the band with both hands and infront of your hip
  • Build tension by moving forward and quickly stand up straights against the resistance

Sumo Deadlift High Pull

  • Great for power development and conditioning
  • Hold the barbell with an overhand grip and stand with your feet wider than the shoulder width
  • Bend the knees and push your hips back lowering the bar to mid shin length
  • Quickly stand up and pull the bar up towards the chin

Reverse Ball Throw

  • Lean forward and swing the ball between the knees
  • Keep the arms straight quickly standing up and throwing the ball overhead
  • Keep caution for anybody standing behind you
